At Globeyatri Holidays, we are committed to offering you the best possible travel experience. By confirming your booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

Cancellation policy

  • The ₹10,000 booking deposit is strictly non-refundable in all circumstances.

  • If the booking is cancelled 20 days or more before the departure date, only the non-refundable booking deposit will be retained, and the remaining amount paid (if any) will be refunded.

  • If the booking is cancelled within 20 days of departure (including the departure date), no refund will be applicable.

  • Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed within 10–15 working days after cancellation confirmation.

  • No refund will be provided for unused services, missed sightseeing, meals, hotel nights, transfers, or activities once the tour has commenced.
