• The itinerary is subject to change due to operational requirements, weather conditions, traffic, local regulations, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Sightseeing attractions and activities are subject to local operating schedules and weather conditions.

• No refund shall be provided for any unused or voluntarily skipped service during the tour.

• Prices are based on prevailing airfare, hotel rates, exchange rates, taxes, and operational costs at the time of quotation. Any increase before ticketing or service confirmation may be charged additionally.

• Globeyatri Holidays reserves the right to refuse or terminate the tour of any traveller whose behaviour is disruptive, abusive, unsafe, or violates local laws or tour regulations. In such cases, no refund shall be applicable.

• Any dispute arising from the booking shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

• By making the booking deposit, the traveller confirms acceptance of all the above Terms & Conditions.

• At the time of booking: ₹5,000 per person (Non-Refundable Deposit)

• 20 Days Before Departure: Remaining balance payment (100% payment to be completed)

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• The ₹5,000 booking deposit is strictly non-refundable in all circumstances.

• If the booking is cancelled 20 days or more before the departure date, only the non-refundable booking deposit will be retained, and the remaining amount paid (if any) will be refunded.

• If the booking is cancelled within 20 days of departure (including the departure date), no refund will be applicable.

• Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed within 10–15 working days after cancellation confirmation.

• No refund will be provided for unused services, missed sightseeing, meals, hotel nights, transfers, or activities once the tour has commenced.
