Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after cancellation confirmation.

Certain bookings, such as promotional fares, special offers, or non-refundable bookings, may carry 100% cancellation charges as per supplier policy.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended but not included unless specified.

There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.

Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.

Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing. The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle . If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.

100% payment must be completed before 15 days of departure date

Any delay in payment may result in cancellation of the booking, and the refund will be processed as per the cancellation & refund policy.

Cancellation made before 16 days of departure date: A cancellation fee of ₹5000 per person will be applicable + Flight Cancellation charges 

Cancellation made between 10 to 15 days before of departure date: A cancellation fee of ₹20,000 per person will be applicable + Flight Cancellation charges 

Cancellation made between 0 to 9 days before of departure date: A cancellation fee of ₹30,000 per person will be applicable + Flight Cancellation charges
